ElBeam Success!

At 8:30AM PST: In our third test, the elBeam transmitter successfully received a pulse of energy directly from our earth orbiting SolarWinds satellite!

The low flow of energy, harnessed from the solar winds outside of our atmosphere, was enough to power an array of light bulb's in our research facility. It's an exciting day at beautifuliving

Compressed-Air Vehicles Arriving!

We're excited to learn that our first order of compressed-air vehicles are on their way. These vehicles, powered by a unique air-driven motor, promise zero-emissions in local use. We hope that this technology will compliment our current electrically-powered vehicles, as petroleum-powered autos are prohibited at beautifuliving.

We are expecting an initial shipment of two models for evaluation: a small family-sized model (above) & a utilitarian model (below).

At beautifuliving, residents rarely need vehicles for personal use as our park-like environment is designed for maximum convenience. However, when necessary, residents use shared community vehicles which are available at several hubs.

Further, transportation paths are separated from walking paths & due to the speed restrictions & collision detection systems built into our vehicles (they basically drive themselves), we have never had an accident involving pedestrians or had an in-vehicle injury.

The prospects of the compressed-air car (CAC) are promising as we move closer to our goal of being a zero-carbon footprint community. GoZero!

Mutts in The Garden

As many of you know, the homeless dog, cat & exotic bird population in & around Puerto Peñasco has become worrisome & we want to help. Many of these helpless creatures have been abandoned by their owners or are the result of uncontrolled breeding, which has resulted in suffering & starvation. 

Please, stop by the The Garden of Happiness on Sunday between 11AM & 3PM where you'll fall in love with one of these cute creatures-in-need. The adoption process is so simple that you'll be welcoming the new addition to your family in minutes.

**All pets have been screened & modified for good health & child-friendliness & have been spayed or neutered to prevent breeding with our own exotically engineered pets. Some have even been given special qualities only possible at beautifuliving.
